Athina Luxury Villas is a small complex of three independent villas, each with its private pool, set amongst the most wonderful natural environment. The property is surrounded by lavish gardens,it is overlooking the ocean and the unspoilt rural area.
The villas accommodate up to 4,5 or 7 persons in their spacious areas (110 sq. M) and constitute an ideal destination for all those who seek isolation and privacy while also combining unique facilities and excellent services. The villas have their own private pool of 70 sq. M. And children's pool of 10 sq. M. They also have a barbecue and a playground in the garden.
The villas are made of wood and stone, decorated with expensive furniture and textiles and offer all modern facilities.
In the living room, with the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, there is satellite TV, CD-player, DVD-player, Internet access, fax machine etc.
The villas are centrally heated and air-conditioned. They are maisonettes, with large verandas on both floors, and each bedroom has its own small balcony. In the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6, a shower room. The villas are quite impressive as they offer luxurious toiletries, bathrobes and slippers in the bathrooms while daily change of towels,change of linen 2-3 times/week is included in weekly rates. You can also use fluffy beach towels at the pool. There is possibility to arrange massage sessions on request in your own villa.
Athina Luxury Villas is located 19km west of the City of Chania, and 30km west of the Airport of Chania, while it lies within a 5 min. Distance from the nearest beach of Maleme with its many taverns and shops. Platanias, the lively tourist area is at a 5 km distance. Platanias offers to our visitors the opportunity to enjoy an intense nightlife within a 15 minute distance.
