Come and Enjoy Island life. Our spacious, smoke-free condominium with over 1400 square feet all on the first floor is newly remodeled. We have completely recarpeted, repainted, and newly equipped this unit to provide you with all the comforts of home.

If you've never been to Saint Simons Island, it's a beautiful and peaceful environment. It is not too commercialized like many beach communities. Our condominium is situated in a wooded, secluded community with a pool just a short walk from your front door.

In the immediate area there is shopping for every need: supermarkets and convenience stores, gift stores, clothing stores, and antique stores.

There is no shortage of things to do including gorgeous scenery, nature trails, sandy beaches, fishing, intriguing historical sites, museums and art galleries, live theater, casino cruises in season, carriage rides, movie theaters, and boat, canoe, bike, and horse rentals.

Our condo is located on the bike trail. We have 6 adult-size bikes available. These can be included for your use for the duration of your stay for an extra $25. (Helmets not included. Ride at your own risk. )

You may want to take time to explore Christ Church, Fort Frederica, and the Saint Simons Lighthouse. You could also take a day trip to Cumberland Island, Jekyll Island or to the Okefenokee Swamp Park in Waycross.

Eat at some of the best restaurants that the Island has to offer at Redfern Village.

Visit East Beach or Massengale Park for the best swimming on the Island. - just five miles away. These are public beaches with lots of parking.

Don't feel like going out - this condo features cable TV, DVD, VCR, computer with Internet service, a collection of movies, games and puzzles. Great rainy day activities.

Sea Palms Golf and Tennis Resort has two golf courses, three tennis courts, two pools with children's wading pools close by, a fitness center, sauna, and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. As our guest you will receive membership privileges during your stay.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded, less a small processing fee, if it is canceled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. With less than 30 days notice, a refund will not be made unless the condo can be rerented for that period. The processing fee is $50. Deposits: Reservations are accepted with one-half the rent. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Checks and cash only. Occupancy: We do not rent to people under the age of 25. Maximum occupancy is 6. The maximum occupancy may require the use of the sofa bed. Loud or unusual behavior creating a disturbance is strictly prohibited. Anyone violating any of these rules will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of rental monies paid. No pets and no smoking.
