The apartment on the second floor of a villa is very luminous and comfortable! From the wide balcony you'll have a wonderful view over the sea. Both of the 2 double bedrooms have a little balcony with great view. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room.The Villa has a wide garden (7000 square meters), it is close to the sea that can be reached trough a private street. Wide internal parking possibility, barbecue area and external showers in the garden.
The villa is situated in a very quiet location but is close to tourist attractions. Privacy and peace is guaranteed.
The villa is near to an ancient Greek colony and only 7 km from Noto. There are a lot of many other historical and natural beauties near the villa. |
