The Kihei Executive House is a large 2000 square foot 4-bedroom 2. 5-bath home on a 1/4 acre with sleeping accommodations for up to 12 adults. It's located in a quiet South Kihei residential and multi-family neighborhood, within walking distance to a great beach (150 yards). You can see Cove Park from this home and walk to Charley Young Beach a few blocks away. Cove Park is the best surf spot in Kihei. It's great for beginners who rent surf boards and take lessons right at the park. Charley Young Beach is a local beach near Kamaole Beach Park I. Snorkel around the right point to see Turtles, Needle Fish and other marine life. Swimming, body boarding and sunbathing are good on towards the left. Walk three blocks into Kihei to enjoy sport bars, shopping, dining and other tourist attractions. This large 2,000 square foot family home has great Ocean and Mountain views, a nice big back yard with picnic tables, lawn chairs, a gas BBQ grill and large private ocean view deck. Features include high vaulted ceilings, high speed wireless Internet, AC, Washer/Dryer, big color cable ready TVs in most rooms, including a 36" Flat Screen HDTV in the living room, and every imaginable modern convenience. Located on the property are 3 other attached, private 1-bedroom 1-bath cottages that may be rented separately. Enjoy the community swimming pool one mile north. |
