Deposits: $175 Refundable deposit when property is left cleaned with no broken or missing items, change out bed liners, vacuum, garbage out, counters wiped and everything left as found. Other fees and restrictions: $100 cleaning fee. Half of the nights stay and deposit due at booking if less than 60 days. The remaining balance due two weeks before stay. 3% transaction fee if paying by credit card.
