Both houses are on the quiet east side of the island where there are few cars, no traffic jams, gorgeous scenery, friendly people and more donkeys and wild goats than humans! It’s paradise on the east side of the island!

Every room has breath-taking ocean views of the ocean and boating activity At Coral (the real Caribbean As Jimmy Buffet might call it).

Coral Bay is on the east side of St. John where wild donkeys and goats outnumber people! The “Real Caribbean”
Each house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, blender (of course), icemaker (of course), full sized refrigerator and outdoor gas grille.
Most of your meals you’ll want to eat outside on the decks with the awesome ocean views.
Our own Beaches…YES! : Our homeowners association (at the Privateer Bay house/Wild Jasmine) has deeded beach rights to a nice beach at the foot of our hill. It’s several hundred yards long and has great snorkeling also when you swim out 50 yards where there’s lots of coral. Just walk down the hill, though you can also drive as the walk back up is hilly.
This beach belongs to our HomeOwners Assocation (that’s me) so you’re free to use this beach as our guest. |
