Cosy apartment in a Victorian Period Red Brick property in historic Inchicore/Kilmainham district of Dublin City. Fitted out in 2008 to 4 star classification, this apartment is in a nice residential area of Dublin City while still only 15 mins from the centre.

Ground Floor Apartment with large living room come kitchen, open fire,central heating and bay window. Leather sofas which pull out into beds and solid oak flooring. Fitted kitchen with granite worktop and dishwasher. The bedroom is tastefully furnished with double and single bed, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom has twin basins, large power shower and bidet. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is secure parking to the rear. We are only a 5 minute walk from the Luas tram stop,(red line) which provides access to the city centre taking in a lot of attractions on the way. Situated beside the beautiful Oblate Church which has lovely grounds to the rear which the local people have enjoyed for many years.

Within walking distance of Kilmainham Gaol (Dublin's no 1 tourist attraction) and the Museum of Modern Irish Art. 10/15 minutes from Guinness Brewery, Jamestown Distillery, Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo, Memorial park, Christchurch Cathedral, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Drimnagh Castle and Dublin Castle.

Museum of Natural History, Trinity College with the Book of Kells, and the lively Temple Bar are also not to be missed.

Situated on the main N7 route to the city centre, we are 10 mins from M50 and N4, 5 minutes from Heuston Train Station and 20 mins from Dublin Airport. The location of this apartment is ideal for the city and accessing the surrounding countryside. One can visit Castletown House in Celbridge (30 mins), The K Club in Straffan (30 mins) where the Ryder Cup was played in 2007, Carton Estate and Golf Club in Maynooth, The National Stud Farm in Kildare Town (40 mins) and the Japaneese Gardens in Kildare Town. Glendalough in Co. Wicklow is within an hours drive and the Dublin and Wicklow mountains provide some beautiful scenery.

Ideal for families who might like some respite from the city centre traffic and hustle and bustle. There is a large yard to the rear which would give children some outside space. There is a park in the village itself and one can also walk along the banks of the Grand Canal and feed the ducks and swans. Ideal base if you have a car and are travelling from Shannon,Cork, Kerry or Galway as we are on the main route to city centre.

Maid service can be arranged during your stay at an extra charge. All bed linen and towels are provided. Collection at Dublin Airport can be arranged with prior notification.

      Please note a refundable security deposit of $300 is required upon arrival. This will be refunded assuming there is no damage to the property. There is a weekly charge of $75. 00 to cover utilities. A deposit of $470 is required to reserve the apartment. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. This is non refundable in the event of a cancellation, so please check your travel insurance.
