The home is fully carpeted, has two flat screen TVs (cable w/DVR), a VCR/DVD player, a small deck off the dining room with mosaic table and two chairs, another small deck off the living room and a huge roof-top deck with a gas grill.

There is a washer/dryer and ironing board in a separate laundry room. We have 4 beach cruiser bicycles, beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to use. There is also an outdoor shower.
