TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1st
In order to confirm your booking you will have to send to our bank account a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay plus 300euros as a breakage deposit. The balanced amount will have to be paid by you 20 days prior your arrival.
2nd
After your arrival and in case you do not stay all the days you have booked the villa for, there will be no refund of your money.
3rd
In case you cancel your booking after our confirmation invoice has been issued:
-2 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the total cost of your stay.
-4 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 100% of the booking deposit.
-6 weeks before arrival the amount charged will be 50% of the booking deposit.
5th
We have made an inventory list of the items inside the villa the garden and the pool area which is checked with you before your check in and before your departure. If no damage has occurred we will return th |
