Reservation & Cancellation Policy: • All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 50% of the rental price, payable at time of booking. The rental balance plus a $250 refundable security deposit are due 30 days prior to check-in date. The security deposit will be refunded within 5 business days after check-out, subject to satisfactory inspection of unit and guest mail back the gate opener after their stay. • Cancellations (High Season): Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made for less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. • Cancellations (Low Season): Initial booking deposits are fully refundable for all cancellations made more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior To scheduled arrival date are subject to a $200 cancellation fee.
