The Master bedroom is cheerfully decorated with a comfy queen size bed, spacious closet, TV with resort cable, including 7 HBO channels and adjoining bathroom. Bedroom two is decorated in a ocean theme with a comfy queen size bed, spacious closet, & TV with resort cable. The kid’s room is playfully decorated in a nautical theme and has a twin-over-full bunk bed that sleeps up to three. The inviting living room has comfortable seating for 7 with a sofa, love seat and chairs. Put up your feet on the ottomans after a long day at the beach and enjoy the resort cable & DVD player, or unwind on the private adjoining balcony. The fully-equipped galley kitchen has new appliances, including blender, coffee pot, toaster & microwave if you choose to eat in.
This is a private, gated facility with full-time, on-site security. The resort has two outdoor pools, 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts on acres of pristine ocean oriented property. The convenience of a poolside grill and mini-store with internet is adjacent to the large outdoor pool. Oceanfront, look no further than Coco’s on the Beach. Coco's is located at the end of the Ocean boardwalk. Take a break from the beach & hot sun and enjoy frozen drinks while you listen to the sounds of the ocean, or play volleyball at Coco's regulation sand volleyball court. If relaxation is your goal, enjoy Coco’s panoramic ocean views while you dine, and miles of Carolina seashore. Coco’s menu offers something for the whole family. Coco’s is a kid-friendly environment (restroom facilities included) that services guests 7 days a week March-October.
When arriving on property there is no further delay picking up keys at rental offices – our villa lock box is located directly at our door. Just go inside and start your vacation!

“We had a wonderful week in this villa. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated- not your typical bland beach decor. The bathrooms and kitchens were really well stocked and the front closet was full of beach toys for our little girls to enjoy! What we also appreciated was that while it is really nicely decorated it is pretty much baby proof. That was an added bonus since we were traveling with our ten month old. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we felt like we could not have been at a better place to take advantage of all it has to offer! ”

The maps on the back of the door were very helpful (thanks). The kids loved the large outdoor pool, and we were just above it, on the third floor. On the boardwalk to the beach, we passed turtles, crabs, cranes, and more. And the beach was not crowded and seemed virtually private. My husband loved all the golfing choices, including being able to walk to the ocean-side course next door. We really enjoyed our vacation and hope to be back soon. ”
