Our stunning brand new home completed in August of 2007 is located in the highly desirable area in the south west gulf coast of Florida referred to as Florida's "hidden secret". The pace of life in this area is slow and relaxing. Our home is about 4 miles from the gulf coastline as ,we are away from any uncommon surges from the ocean. Local area has plenty of beaches to choose from which are 10-15 minutes drive.
Our beautiful vacation home away from home has 4BR, 3 baths and a 3 car garage.
Spacious King size master suite with his and hers vanity units , large circular tub, a walk in shower, separate toilet and a walk in closet. It is situated completely separate from the other bed rooms.
Bedroom 2 is a Queen en suite with attached bath,and is situated on the opposite side of the home from the master suite.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and bedroom 4 has two twin beds. Bed rooms 3 and 4 share a bath#3, with a walk in shower, tub and two vanities. This bath opens into the pool area and lanai.
Master bed room and the living room have televisions with cable service and DVD players
All bedrooms and other living areas are equipped with fans for your comfort. Our home has 2700 sq ft area which is air conditioned. There are telephones in the master bed room and the kitchen area and provides free local call service. A free wireless Internet service is available for use of your laptop.
Our spacious well lit Family room with high ceiling and beautiful furniture is ideal for relaxation. It has a queen size sofa bed. The family room adjoins the well equipped kitchen with a dish washer, microwave, range, and a large capacity refrigerator with an automatic ice maker. It is equipped with absolutely everything a keen cook could require. The breakfast nook has a table with 4 chairs.
Leading from the entrance is a large foyer with a high ceiling. It leads into the formal living room and the formal dining room. The living room has a stereo equipment/ CD player. The dining room has a beautiful table and 6 comfortable chairs for use during special occasions. These rooms are exquisitely and tastefully decorated.
One could enter the laundry room from the kitchen and the garage areas. The laundry room has a large 4. 0 sq ft capacity washer and a large dryer.
The yard is landscaped and is unfenced leaving an air of openness with the neighborhood according to the rules of the home owners association.
There is a 'neighborhood watch' in every part of Rotonda'. In fact for extra protection our home is protected by ADT security system.
If the need be,our home/villa is suitable for 2 families but equally suitable for a single family vacation.
Electric heated beautiful pool is 13 ft by 28 ft, faces the south west. It is equipped with a removable child protective barrier. Imagine sitting in the pool area watching the peaceful beautiful sunset in the evenings. Electric heat is recommended from November until May.
In Rotonda area one could see many varieties of birds and other wild life native to Florida.
There is a park area situated at the southern perimeter of Rotonda Circle. It has walking trails,a club house,tennis courts and a play area for children. This area is ideal for outdoor gatherings ,of family and friends.
As the name implies Rotonda has been designed in a circular form. Another major attraction is the availability of 6 beautiful golf courses in Rotonda. It is a golfers paradise.
Our pool overlooks the greenbelt of the rear end of Long Marsh golf course, providing much privacy for the vacationer.
An excellent experienced management service with 24/7 coverage for any emergencies and support, is available 5 minutes from our home. Maid service may be available for cleaning by arrangements with the management company.
NO RVs OR BOATS IN THE DRIVEWAY PLEASE!
