The house is equipped with electric pool heat, removable child safety barrier, BBQ, 2 bicycles and offers free golf in the summer and highly subsidized golf in the winter for 2 adults and up to 2 children under the age of 14.

The local area has plenty of great beaches to choose from which are a 10 to 15 minute leisurely drive. Fishing is great, boating is fantastic and simply walking along beaches looking for shells is blissful.

Blue Jay is immaculately maintained by a local management company who have a 24/7 number for guests.

The house comprises a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite with shower, tub, his and hers vanity units and separate W. C.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has two singles. They both share the 2nd bathroom which is easily accessible from the pool deck.

The kitchen has a spacious breakfast nook and is equipped with absolutely everything a keen cook could require. There is a separate utility room with washer and drier. The main living area is open, sunny and looks out across the pool to the nature reserve. There is also a formal dining area for those special evening meals.

The outside furniture is excellent and includes a sturdy table and 6 chairs as well as 4 sun loungers. There is also an IPod dock for guests to use.
