Overlooking Holiday Valley ski and golf resort, you are a three minute walk to the Main Lodge with its many restaurants, shops, and cafes, playgrounds, swimming pools and golf course.
Access to the beautiful family pools at Holiday Valley is available from Memorial to Labor Day. We offer two complimentary pool passes to guests.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy the recreation, festivals and atmosphere of Holiday Valley and Ellicottville during the beautiful summer season.
This townhouse is within walking distance or a 5-minute drive to the village of Ellicottville with its many shops and restaurants.

Guests enter into an open kitchen/dining/living area where they can relax and enjoy the view. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one bath on lower level. Upstairs is full bath and two bedrooms: one with queen bed and cut-in window overlooking living room, another with twin beds and open loft with skylight overlooking the lower level. A queen size pull out bed opens in the living room.

Allegheny National Park with it's beautiful waterfall vistas and many hiking trails is just a short trip by car for a day of picnicking or to enjoy nature at its finest.
The Allegheny Casino is 15 minutes away in nearby Salamanca, NY. |
