The elevator will take you to the second floor (third level for a great view! ) where you will find everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need It features the most modern stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Eat at the breakfast bar, or dine at the table. This condo has Italian tile, but still maintains a "beachy" feel. Sit and relax and watch the sun go down on the private covered terrace.
The comfy living room has seating for everyone around the flat screen TV with cable and HBO. Stereo and radio/CD player provides background music as you browse the library of over 100 popular books that you are free to take. Board games and card games are provided.

Bedroom #1 features a plush queen bed with a premium mattress for full comfort. It has a private bath and TV/DVD/ with cable.
Bedroom #2 has its own sliding glass door entry onto the terrace as well as a comfy queen bed. Relax while you watch cable on your TV/DVD/.
Bedroom #3 is the "kids place" featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed that will sleep 3, with an huge screen TV/DVD/ for watching movies. The video game hook up is in the front (so your kids don't have to mess with turning the TV). Good luck getting them out of this room!
The only way you might get them out is to go to the beach located just down the quiet street. This gorgeous sandy shore is kid friendly with soft sand and miles of shore for shell and starfish collecting or making that perfect sand castle. There are boogie board rentals to try to ride the waves, or the whole family can rent bicycles and ride along the bicycle path which goes from the shore, to the river to the lighthouse.
There is also windsurfing, dolphin watching, para-sailing, kayaking, and more.
You can walk around the corner to the retail stores and great restaurants. No need to drive!
Or go for a dip in the indoor solar HEATED pool. This pool is only for the guests of the building (6 units in all), and has a jetted area for the grown ups to enjoy.
There is a science museum with a "hands-on" section, the Tybee Lighthouse Museum, and Fort Screven From shopping on the strip, to fine dining, to the casino boat, to the kayaking, Tybee has something for everyone. Or hop in the car for a short ride and play miniature golf or ride go karts.
Once you've explored Tybee, take a short 18 minute ride to Historic downtown Savannah and explore this unique Georgia treasure. Find the bench where Forrest Gump sat and told his tale, take the family on a ghost tour and hear spooky true (they say they are! )stories on a horse drawn carriage, or sample the incredible fresh seafood or the famous Paula Dean's restaurant, Lady and Sons.
