Our newly redecorated lovely 2 BR ,2 BA Condo features tile floors,new appliances and everything you will need for a great vacation at one of the best beach resorts in America.
You should book early because we do tend to fill our calender.
Spacious, 2 BR, 2 BA, very attractive 2second floor (of a 3-story) condominium. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a new TV and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a second full bathroom. The living room has a Queen sofa sleeper.
This is one of the "Larger" units at Fiddler''s Cove Beach & Raquet Club. The unit has recently been redecorated, and has tile floors and new appliances,and new TVs. We live in our unit for nearly six months each year so we do maintain and care for it like it is "our own".
We are located on a 23-acre resort within a gated community with 24-hour security. Fiddler''s Cove Beach & Raquet Club's prime central island location makes it a favorite family destination. And best of all, we are just a very short walk to Hilton Head''s widest and loveliest stretch of white sand beach. We are near restaurants, shops, golf courses, kayaking, wind-sailing, dolphin watch, boating, deep-sea fishing, nature walk, biking, outlet stores, and more. You can fall out of bed onto the numbers 9&10 tennis courts.
Amenities: Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator with ice maker, new dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,wet bar, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and all utensils, an apartment size washer and dryer, and full dining room. The Living room has a queen sofa sleeper, cable TV, DVD-VCR, telephone and answering machine. Linens and towels are provided.
The unit also has a large deck furnished with a dining set and lounges. It is like an open air living/din room.
Two large pools Hot tub, 24/7 Security 10 well kept clay tennis courts (at no charge), On-site tennis pro,and two indoor racquetball courts (at no charge). Small playgrounds are located throughout the resort. We have an on-site caretaker for our unit. The island wide bike path is located near the entrances to Fiddler''s Cove. Our unit is located very close to Fiddler''s back gate thus making the walk to the beach very short.
Fiddler''s Cove Beach and Raquet Club is located in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head Island. This is a mid island residential only area with the nicest beach on the island. It is a two minute walk to the beach from our unit.
Activities: Hilton Head is a resort with an amazing and varied number of restaurants, shops and, just off island, two large outlet malls. There are several wildlife and nature preserves located within minutes of Fiddler''s Cove. There are over fifty golf courses to play on and around Hilton Head Island.
Savannah,GA and Beaufort,SC are close,interesting day trips. They are both historically significant.
The intriguing Sea Islands, separated from the mainland by expanses of estuaries and salt marshes, make up more than half of South Carolina's coastline. Among these islands lies tasteful, low-key Hilton Head, offering glorious white sand beaches and superb golf courses. Biking, tennis, fishing, and sailing are popular as well.
Hilton Head Island is located at the extreme southern tip of South Carolina, about 30 miles north of Savannah and 100 miles south of Charleston. At seven miles in width and fourteen miles in length, it is the second largest Atlantic coast barrier island. A toll expressway expedites traffic from the mainland to the island's resort areas.
This semitropical barrier island resembles an artistic masterpiece with its oak and pine woodlands and meandering lagoons. It is part of the Low Country, the picturesque region of flat plains and tidal salt marshes that stretches across the eastern expanse of South Carolina and Georgia. Hilton Head Island is almost bisected by Broad Creek, which is navigable for most of its length and is Hilton Head Island has 8 marinas, more than fifty golf courses, 300 tennis courts and miles of bicycle and walking paths. The island also features two stables and ample areas for horseback riding, including forest preserve and waterfront. Fishing, para sailing, skiing, horseback riding, miniature golf and, of course, dolphin watching and beach walking are also popular with vacationers and residents alike. There are over two hundred restaurants, eight art galleries, three movie theaters and many shops, boutiques, and outlets.
Hilton Head welcomes families with children. There are no “arcades” or amusement parks, but there is a wealth of outdoor activity, in an ideal climate, for family members to enjoy together. You can explore the woods,parks,take a dolphin-watching cruise, fish, sail, cycle,fish,golf or hike. Everything is close by Fiddler's Cove. |
