This cabin is located in Luxury Sherwood Forest Resort - a Gated Resort overlooking Mt Lacont and The Great Smoky Mountains. We offer all the accommodations you would expect in a Luxury Resort. We have an outdoor Olympic size pool, a conference center, luxury amenities, and spa packages available upon request. Our location is perfect - we are located just one mile off the Parkway (wide paved city roads), 3 miles from Dollywood, and only five miles from Gatlinburg and the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Last Minute Discount - Call for specials.
Long Stay Discount - 10% off for stays > 7 days
Early Booking Discount - 10% off for stays booked > 20 weeks prior to arrival
Rates and Deposits - 50% of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to hold a reservation. The balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. Violation of the NO PETS or NO SMOKING Policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Your credit card authorization of $250 will NOT be processed as a charge as long as there is no damage or theft to the cabin during your stay.
Cancellations and Refunds - If you cancel at least 45 days prior to arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund less a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel at least 15 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds less than 15 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be made due to inclement weather or road conditions. No refunds for early departures or unforeseen mechanical failures. |
