No detail has been overlooked in the planning and outfitting of our Villa. Several years in planning our home was customized with many features to provide guests all the comforts of home with the extras guests expect of a top notch vacation resort. Our Primary Goal is for our guests to say "I want to come back! "

POOL AND POOL AREA:
An over sized 16'X24' South Facing Electrically heated pool is the centerpiece of our large pool area. A screened in cage provides protection from insects so our guests can enjoy evenings in the pool or lanai. The large lanai table has seating for 8 and 6 Sun Loungers around the pool are also provided. A Gas BBQ, Pool Toys, Floats, and Pool Volleyball Equipment are available for your use.
DINING OPTIONS:
Formal dining seating for 8 or for casual meals seating for 4 in the breakfast nook and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The lanai/patio has outdoor table seating for 8 and Gas BBQ for outdoor meals.
LIVING SPACES OPTIONS:
A formal living area perfect for quiet conversations overlooks the pool and a separate family room adjacent to the open kitchen is ideal for Group Gathering.
PRIVATE LUXURY SLEEPING AREAS:
2 Master suites with king size beds and en-suite baths are separate from the two further bedrooms with these rooms having 2 twins in each and individual bathrooms just outside their doors.
BEACH EQUIPMENT:
For your trip to the beach we have provided Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Beach Toys (pails, shovels, etc) Beach Coolers, and Ice
Packs. All you need to bring is your sunscreen!
Our homes’superb location is minutes from 4 golf courses, Boca Grande, fabulous beaches and the world's most famous fishing areas.
