Enjoy a poolside condo cottage at Seagull's 11 acre property. The Seagull property is set back from the road with beautiful ocean views and abuts Rachel Carson conservation land. Our cottage is new, built in 2004 and has all the modern conveniences to make your vacation stay comfortable.
The living room has cable TV/DVD, A/C, and pullout sofa. The screened porch receives the warm morning sun, where you can relax & enjoy your coffee or tea in our chaise lounger. The kitchen is fully applianced, and includes a microwave and dishwasher. Casual eating spaces in the kitchen or porch.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV/VCR. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle twin bed. All interior rooms have a ceiling fan and hardwood floors (except tile in bathroom).
7 miles of white sandy beaches is the premier attraction and brings visitors to Wells from all over the world.
-Bicycle rentals, para-sailing, kayaking and boat rides can be arranged locally.
-Whale watching and deep-sea fishing excursions leave from nearby Wells Harbor, Perkins Cove and Kennebunkport on a regular basis.
-Nearby, the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and Laudholm Farm Research Reserve provide walking trails for bird watchers and nature lovers.
-The Wells Trolley is an enjoyable way to get around during the summer months. Wells trolley stops right in front of the Seagull every half hour.
Note: pools operate during normal daytime hours, and gates are locked at night. |
