Welcome to Lakeway House, a 4000 square foot executive style, family-friendly retreat on the shores of Pike Lake in Duluth, Minnesota. Located next door to a nine hole golf course,with amenities such as a six person hot tub, three fireplaces, a spectacular master suite and 100 feet of sandy walk-in beach, this four bedroom, four bath vacation home will surpass your expectations. You'll be close to dining, shopping and theatres, as well as Duluth's famous attractions like the Aerial lift bridge, Canal Park, Hawk's Ridge and the North Shore of Lake Superior, the world's largest fresh water lake.

This home offers grand sleeping accommodations including two king-sized beds, one queen, and two twin beds. There are also several pull-out sofas for larger groups.

Fishing is great in this 500+ acre lake, as the DNR stocks walleye pike. Enjoy one of the several fishing tournaments held annually with local and national celebrities.

This retreat also has a private 70 foot dock, and a lakeshore firepit.

Fun activities abound all four seasons,including snowmobiling, skiing, swimming, fishing, boating and snow shoeing. In addition, nearby Duluth offers plenty of historic adventures as well as shopping and dining pleasures.

Cancellation Policy: The rental fee & reservation deposit are refundable if you cancel your reservation 45 days in advance of your stay. Reservation Deposit/Damage Deposit: The $500. 00 reservation deposit converts to the damage deposit upon arrival. Rates: The stated rates include up to 8 people including children. Add $10. 00 per person per night for parties larger than 8. Last minute discount: Book your week-long stay less than 8 days in advance and receive a 50% discount off regular rates. (Excluding the months of June, July, and August). Pet Policy: We allow non-shedding breeds of dogs under 20 pounds. Additional $200 damage deposit required.
