Our condominium is comfortably spread out on three levels. There are 8 beds (1 Q, 1 Dbl, 5 Single, and 1 Q Sofa- Sleeper), 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms & large loft. Both living room & master bedroom have a gas fireplace with marble surrounds. We offer excellent lodging rates in addition to 7th night free, early booking, repeat stay, & multiple week discounts. Discounts:7th night free on Saturday to Saturday rentals, 10% discount for repeat stay, 5% early booking discounts for ski season bookings made for Sept. 1, Additional discount of $100 on rentals of two consecutive weeks. Refundable Security Deposit: $150 (due with second payment). Payment: In advance (credit card, personal or cashier's check). A down payment (1/2 of total bill) is due within five days of booking and the remainder 30 days prior to occupancy. Refunds: All moneys collected in advance will be fully refunded (less $95 administrative fee) provided that the reserved block of time is re-rented in its entirety for the same amount. Otherwise, moneys collected in advance will be applied to loss of rents and the rest returned. Our past rate of success in re-renting canceled blocks of time has been excellent (9 out of 11), but is not guaranteed.
