is set amongst lush greenery of citrus and olive groves, and is situated in a secluded valley where you can enjoy privacy and tranquility. Iliana Villa is a large traditional Cypriot villa perfectly furnished throughout with attractive wooden furniture and delicate soft furnishings. Wooden beamed ceilings and interior stonewalls dotted throughout the villa give you a great feeling of rural living.
THE GARDENS
The gardens are mature and very private with tall flowing palm trees and eucalyptus trees. Each spot you move to within the garden will be of a constant surprise to you.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL/PATIO AREA
A short pathway through the gardens lead you to another patio/dining area right next to your own very large secluded private swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, whilst you enjoy sunbathing and swimming, close bye the children can have fun in their own play area with sandpit and swings.
THE VILLAGE
Iliana Villa nestles within the village of Skoulli, a quaint roadside village with an abundance of citrus and olive groves. Set between Paphos and Polis and 7 minutes drive from Polis & Latchi where you will find all the amenities and great beaches.
THE LOCATION
The location of Iliana Villa is in a secluded valley a short distance away from Polis & Latchi. The area borders the Akamas Peninsula and is one of the most beautiful and tranquil places in the northwest of Cyprus. Polis is the principle resort north of Paphos and is a small town overlooking the Chrysochou bay, Polis & Latchi are very popular with those who prefer a more quieter more relaxed pace of life, but do not want to be too far from all the usual facilities. Polis boasts a beautiful beach and a short distance away lies the pretty fishing village of Latchi where there are great beaches and several sea & harbor side tavernas offering wonderful traditional Cypriot dishes and freshly caught produce.
THE SERVICE
Cleaning service once a week, clean, dust,and polish your villa. Clean fresh linen - bed sheets,pillowcases and bath towels complete changeover.
Swimming pool maintenance - once a week. Pool cleaning, water check and testing.
