Villa Rosy is the ideal place for a restful holiday whilst being central for exploring Umbrian's interesting art towns, such as Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Cittą della Pieve, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spoleto, etc.
The original structure has been divided into two apartments furnished and equipped to a high standard with a mixture of modern and antique furniture: MIMOSA and MAGNOLIA. Both have an independent entrance.
The apartment MIMOSA (8 beds) is divided on three levels, each with an external entrance, each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is terracotta flooring throughout. There is a fitted kitchen and an arched living and dining room, with a large fireplace. One of the double bedrooms, with ensuite shower, is on the ground floor. Reached via a spiral staircase, the first floor has two further bedrooms, whilst the second floor has a lounge and dining room with satellite TV, fireplace, and another bedroom.
Ground Floor: kitchen with dining table; living room with fireplace; dining room; double bedroom, ensuite shower/WC.
1st Floor: spiral staircase/external entrance: hall; double bedroom; bathroom with bath and separate shower/WC; twin bedroom with ensuite shower/WC.
2nd Floor: stairs/external entrance: living and dining room with fireplace; double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC.
The apartment MAGNOLIA (2+2 beds) is made up of one double room (queen size bed), one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with satellite Tv and double sofa-bed. Independent entrance; suitable for disabled.
Swimming pool use (from 12/5/2007 to 29/9/2007), private sun terrace, garden furniture, built-in barbecue, shared laundry facilities, satellite TV, hairdryer in all bathrooms, dishwasher, coffee maker, twice weekly change of towels included. |
