Our holiday home is situated in the south west of county cork, on the beautiful beara peninsula 10 km north of castletownbere. It is near the sea (front) and a fishing lake (back). The peninsula enjoys a mild climate due to the warm gulf stream. Palm trees grow in the area. The area has a dramatic natural beauty and is sparsely populated making for a tranquil relaxed atmosphere. Situated between eyeries and ardgroom village, the nearby villages eyeries and ardgroom are colorful and picturesque with shops, post offices, and lovely small pubs with often spontaneous sing-songs.

A cleaning charge of $100 applies per rental regardless of length of your stay Surety of $130 payable at arrival. Returned upon departure if no breakage or damage. For longer periods (More than two months): Please en-quire. Payment: 20% with booking 80% no later then eight weeks before arrival. Rental is from Saturday 16.00h till Saturday 10.00h unless specially agreed other day's or times. Non-receipt of final payment nullifies the reservation. Free electricity, Minimum Gas charge of 55$ applies.
