This nicely appointed oceanfront duplex offers two units, each with three comfortable bedrooms and 1. 5 bathrooms. Both floors sleep eight. There is a H&C outside shower and parking for 3 cars for each unit. There is beach access via a short walk over the dune. Lifeguard stand is 100 feet away. This beach house has sweeping ocean views and sounds from every room on the second floor. The first floor has ocean views and sounds from the bedrooms and partial views from the kitchen, that seats eight, and spacious living room with microfiber sofa, love seat and over sized chair. The beach house is located approx one mile from the southern tip of the island. Beach Haven is approx 1. 5 miles away. There is a deli and beach rental store a short stroll away. CHECK-IN: 9/23-6/17 Friday 2pm, 6/25-9/17 Saturday 2pm
