Casa Tranqüila is situated a few kilometres east of Loulé in the central Algarve. This attractive well equipped, furnished & decorated new Villa is in a tranquil countryside location & has excellent access from Loule
Casa Tranqüila is suitable for a family of 6 people who are accommodated very comfortably, there is also a put-u-up bed suitable for an additional younger person if required. The accommodation comprises of 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom & there is also a separate bathroom available. One of the bedrooms has a TV & playstation. The Villa has ceiling fans fitted throughout for the warm summer evenings & central heating for the cooler months.
The lounge is light & airy, tastefully decorated and opens out onto the garden & patio area. There is a wide screen television that receives satellite channels, (free to view) to compliment the TV there is also a video player & a Radio/CD Player.
The modern fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and a table for six. The kitchen opens out onto the rear garden with its cobbled area, attractive flowers and outdoor table, it is an ideal area for relaxing over breakfast. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Villa has ample terrace furniture plus table & chairs on the patio area surrounding the pool. The 10 x 5 m salt water pool has wide entry steps & can be heated for the cooler months for a small additional charge. Guests also benefit from an outside pool shower area. There is a good sized Bar-B-Q available for use on the terrace. The Villa is double glazed throughout and has fly screens throughout.
Faro Airport, the nearest beaches, golf courses and waterparks are approximately twenty minutes drive from the Villa. Towns close to the Villa are Loulé, São Bras de Alportel and Almancil all of which have a good selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment.
For guests looking to have a quiet and relaxing holiday or wishing to explore the Algarve or those who just prefer to have a good round of Golf, Casa Tranqüila is situated in an excellent area with numerous golf courses to choose from within easy driving distance. For those guests who like to ramble across the countryside, Casa Tranquila is ideally situated to do just this. The villa is also in an excellent location for those who like to bird-watch & is close to all the major bird-watching locations in the Algarve too.
Guests are provided with bed linen, hand towels & bath towels all of which are changed weekly by the maid. Beach towels are not provided.
The owners kindly request that guests respect their wishes that Casa Tranqüila remains a "Non Smoking" Villa inside, however smokers may feel free to smoke on the terraced areas outside.
In view of the Villas location we highly recommend transport, for your convenience this can be arranged prior to your arrival. Hire cars are relatively inexpensive and are usually picked up and dropped off at Faro Airport.
The property manager will meet you at the Villa after your arrival and will be available in the event of any unforeseen problems or queries that you may have.
