Casa Jimanto is located in the attractive resort of Oásis Parque near the village of Chao das Donas, which is close to Alvor with its superb beaches & Portimao, a large vibrant town which is regarded as the Algarve's second city after Faro & has a busy fishing port & impressive yacht marina. Also close by is Praia da Rocha with its expansive beach, many restaurants, bars & nightlife including discos & a Casino.
This comfortably furnished luxurious Villa is perfect for families with older children and sleeps a maximum of 4 & an infant if required, having 2 twin bedded rooms & 2 fully fitted bathrooms with bath & shower over, washbasin, WC, bidet & shaver point. The first floor level also benefits from a large balcony with outside furniture, & from here one can relax & watch the world go by.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. The open plan lounge/diner with Satellite TV, Video, DVD player & Hi-Fi system is a good size. For the cooler months there is an enclosed wood burning stove which adequately heats the Villa's living areas.
The owners request that guests respect their wishes that Casa Jimanto remains a "Non Smoking" Villa inside.
All bed linen & towels are provided & is changed weekly throughout your stay. Beach towels are not provided for your useComplimentary tea, coffee, milk and still water are provided upon your arrival. A more comprehensive "Welcome Pack" is available if required.
The Villa is situated in a quiet location with good access to all the surrounding facilities. In the Oasis Parque resort leisure complex you will find tennis courts, two large swimming pools, a children’s pool & a jacuzzi, sunbeds & umbrellas are provided. The complex has changing rooms & outside showers, there is also a children's play area with swings etc. There are restaurants & supermarkets all within walking distance. Casa Jimanto is an ideal holiday base.
Oásis Parque is an ideal holiday location for exploring the scenic west coast with so many superb beaches & coves or for travelling inland to the Monchique mountains. Casa Jimanto is also an ideal base for those who enjoy bird-watching, with Alvor one the major bird-watching sites in the Algarve a mere 5 minutes drive away, the Monchque mountains & all Cape of St Vincent all within a short drive. For those who enjoy a spot of golf, Penina, Gramacho & Boavista golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive of Casa Jimanto.
