Our apartment is located in a prestigious residential district called as Atasehir. Most residents are business people, company owners, senior executives, famous artists, sportsman and also great number of foreigners that are working in istanbul. Our area is gated with 24 hour private security and coded lock on the entrance door. The apartment have elevator with fun, alarm system and independent generator. Everything is within walking distance (shopping centers, many great restaurants, bars, hospital, beauty saloons etc. )
Our flat is on 11th floor. The flat is all furnished, equipped and beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Every space used effectively. All rooms are big, with large windows, all windows look to the street and have a nice view. All windows have triple glass, so, it is very quiet and warm.
Entrance furnished with carpet and cupboard for your shoes and dresses. And it also has two big mirrors - full view.
Large living room designed to be both modern and stylish. There you will have a double sofa bed.
The kitchen has everything necessary for cooking and dining, gas cooker, big owen, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee tea maker, all kitchen stuff (plates, cups, spoons, etc). There is also a dishwasher.
The flat has side by side two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size double bed, a library and a cupboard. ( apr. Capacity 20 suits, 20 shirts, 10 sweaters, 50 t-shirts. Sure you can make different combinations :-) The second bedroom has a double bed, a desk and shelves for your clothes and other stuff.
Bathroom have a toilet, a shower, a bath-tub, a wash-hand basin and a big mirror. There is also a washing machine with drier and iron with iron desk. All towels are in a small cupboard.
The flat also facilitated with a P. C, FREE ADSL internet connection. All major channels are available in our Cable T. V. Music player and powerful speaker system complete our multimedia set.
We have safe parking in 3 garages (50 usd/week extra) or in back yard (free of charge). Due to limited parking space, we recommend you to reserve it in advance.
The flat can comfortably serve up to 4 people.
