Ocean front resort, Olympic size ocean front pool, All located on the world's most famous beach. The condo is a studio unit on the south side of the building. There is a great view of the ocean from the great-room or from your own private balcony. The resort is located on the no-drive section of the beach. There is a lifeguard tower on the beach right in front of the resort.( Safe for kids to enjoy). The main street pier is 2 blocks down the beach from the resort. The condo has a kitchen to cook your own meals or many wonderful places to dine day or night. The resort has a pool side bar and a karaoke club that is a lot of fun at night. The beach area has rentals of all types, para-sail, surfing, snorkeling, 3 or 4 wheelers to ride up and down the drive section of the beach etc. The Daytona beach boardwalk is by the main street pier and has amusement rides, helicopter rides, video arcades. The resort is only 4 miles to the Daytona International Speedway. We are the closest ocean front resort to the race track. There is great shopping all up and down the beach area, Or the resort is only 31/2 miles to the Volusia Mall. There is casino cruise ships leaving twice daily from Ponce inlet just 10 min drive from resort. And the international airport is only 4 miles away. The condo has central heat and air conditioning. There is a great entertainment system in the condo that features a 32 inch TV, A DVD and VCR player, A C-D stereo player, And we even stock the condo with a great selection of movies on DVD and VHS tapes. There is a private parking lot for guests of the resort. |

When reservation is made 1/2 of rent and security deposit is to be paid within 1 week. Balance of vacation is to be paid not less than 14 days before start of vacation. A lease must be signed upon arrival to insure no damage to condo or resort property and no theft of property. Any cancellations must be made at least 30 days before start of vacation or all monies paid will be forfeited. There will be a minimum charge for cancellations of 200 dollars unless waived by condo owner in matters of death in immediate family or a natural disaster causing major damage to your home. |
