This Villa has been recently constructed to an extremely high standard and is situated in a quiet area of Montechoro on the outskirts of the picturesque tourist town of Albufeira, in the central Algarve. It is less than a 25 minute drive from the International Airport at Faro, 10 minutes from the nearest golf courses all of which are of a very high standard and 5 minutes to many of the blue flag beaches in this area.
This superb Villa which has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout stands in its own grounds and is not part of a complex. The Villa accommodates fourteen people, however it can sleep sixteen with the additional use of an extra twin bedded room with en-suite facilities in the lower basement level. It comprises of one double master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, one double bedded room with en-suite facilities and a further five twin bedrooms, all of which benefit from en-suite facilities. There is also another bathroom available. All bedrooms are equipped with radio alarm clocks and hair dryers.
The ground floor accommodates a very comfortable lounge which has a wide screen TV with "free to view" satellite reception, a DVD player and a separate sound system. The dining room is located between the kitchen and the lounge, and also opens out onto an enclosed attractive courtyard area with table and chairs. The kitchen is furnished to the highest standard and is extremely well equipped, it contains a microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. There is ample cutlery, plates and glassware provided for a full complement of guests. This bright and airy kitchen also benefits from opening onto an attached terrace with further seating which overlooks the pool and terrace area. This is ideal for breakfast as it is south facing. On this same level there is a separate toilet and shower room.
This Villa has a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool which has an attractive rock waterfall feature. There is an outside shower and the pool is heated to provide comfortable use during the cooler months. There is a large BBQ and terrace area with outside seating, a pretty garden which contains a lawned area. The owners request that guests respect their wishes that Casa Ritzy remains a "Non Smoking" Villa. Complimentary tea, milk, coffee, soft drinks and fruit are provided upon your arrival.
Other benefits are air conditioning, central heating, full double glazing and rooms are fitted with smoke alarms throughout. A security safe is installed and there is electronic alarm system. The private car parking area is accessed via electric automatic gates, however, there is ample parking immediately outside the Villa.
The Villa benefits from having a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests personal laundry. A twice weekly maid service will be provided throughout your stay with cleaning on Wednesdays (no linen change) and cleaning on Saturdays incorporating a full change of fresh bed linen and bath/hand towels being made available. For family parties two cots and two high chairs are provided, however additional cots and high chairs are available
The Villa is well situated for exploring the beautiful countryside, visiting one or more of the Algarve's magnificent sandy beaches, playing golf, tennis and other sports or for simply relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and taking in the beauty of the region.
Access to the Villa is very good, however we do recommend that transport be arranged prior to your arrival. Car rental is relatively inexpensive and is usually picked upon your arrival and dropped off at the Airport.
