Our Luxury Penthouse Apartment is situated at the very heart of Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club. There is dramatic scenery with spectacular views to the Golf Course, Mountains and Sea.
The accommodation offers a peaceful location yet is well placed to ensure that all the ingredients for a great holiday are near at hand. For the golf lover there are over 20 courses within a 30 minute drive.
The beautiful golden beaches of San Pedro with their Bars Restaurants and plenty of parking are just 5 minutes from the apartment. Both Marbella and the trend setting Puerto Banus are only 10 minutes away - their Shops Bars Restaurant and Entertainment facilities are considered the best on the coast.
The apartments are set in landscaped gardens with 2 large Swimming Pools, Car Parking, and 24hr Security. One of the swimming pools is heated throughout the year.
Our 3rd floor penthouse apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen with adjacent laundry. There is full air-conditioning with a heating option for the cooler evenings plus colonial style ceiling fans for added air circulation. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of draw space and there are 2 full bathrooms. The large Lounge/Diner leads onto a spacious terrace with dining furniture overlooking the lake and fairways. Steps lead to a superb 70sqm roof top terrace with sun-beds where you can take 'all day sun' in private.
The views to the Golf Course, Mountains, Mediterranean and Africa -on a clear day- are stunning. On site facilities include 18 hole 72 par Golf Course, Driving Range, Putting Green, Tennis, Paddle Tennis, Children's Play Area, Gym, Squash, Sauna and Pro Shop.
In the Club House, just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, is a well appointed Bar and Restaurant |
