    A $300 security deposit is required to secure your reservation. The security deposit is fully refundable. If any items are missing or damaged they will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to your account. Full payment for all nights reserved and $75 cleaning fee payable 14 days before your reservation. If you have to cancel and we are able to re-book the days you reserved, you will receive a full refund. If we are unable to re-reserve your dates your deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to re-reserve your dates. Major holiday must be canceled three months in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.
