We own a brand new 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home on beautiful Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
The house has a walled courtyard with in-ground pool and in-ground jacuzzi.
The first floor has a large great room with 11 foot coffered ceilings, a state of the art kitchen with granite countertops and state of the art stainless appliances, a master bedroom, master bath with large walk in shower, a walk in closet, powder room and large screened in porch.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a den for TV viewing and reading. It has 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full, 3 twins and a queen sofa sleeper.
The maximum is 10 guests; this limit is controlled by the city of Kiawah.
Kiawah has a beautiful 10 mile beach (voted one of the 10 best in the US). We are a 10 minute walk and a short bike ride or car ride to the beach. There is beach parking in multiple places up and down the beach.
Kiawah was also rated as the #1 tennis resorts in the country. You have access to both tennis clubs for a fee to the Resort.
Kiawah also has 5 world class golf courses open to the public, a kids camp, nature programs, 20 miles of bike paths, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and just relaxing.
Dining is available around the island and at the new 5 star Sanctuary Hotel on the beach. Other restaurants are available at the new very upscale shopping area just off the Island (10 minute drive) and at the Bohicket Marina.
The beautiful city of Charleston, SC is just 20 miles away.
Our house is brand new and is absolutely non-smoking and no pets. It is an allergy free home.
Check in is after 4 P.M. and checkout is before 10:00 A.M. 24 hour check in, 24 hour on call maintenance, golf reservations, and other concierge service are provided. at our expenses. |

Deposit is requested when booked. Full payment is due by 60 days prior to vacation. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before your vacation for any reason except for $50 processing fee. After that, deposit will be refunded if we can rerent the week.
Renter will be provided with rental contract to sign at the time of deposit.
Arrival/departure cleaning included. Check-in, golf reservations and concierge services are included.
Additional mid week or daily cleaning can be arranged for a fee. We can also arrange in-home massage therapy, canoe/kayak trips for a fee. |
