We would like to welcome you to our privately owned condo unit in the Royal Garden. The Royal Garden is located just steps away from the excitement of Waikiki, on a quiet tree-lined street off the Ala Wai waterway.
The Royal Garden is an elegant, European style boutique property. There are two swimming pools on the property, the larger with a magnificent swimming pool and a cascading waterfall. The interior is designed with marble and granite, and is a pleasant and comfortable retreat from a day of fun in the sun. There is a pleasant Japanese restaurant, a poolside restaurant that is open for breakfast, and a classy martini lounge.
The unit itself is located on the 17th floor, with partial views of Diamond Head, Ala Wai Canal, mountains, and the ocean if you're standing on the balcony. It's the size of a comfortable hotel room, with a kitchenette perfect for preparing small meals. The unit was completely painted, re-carpeted, and upgraded with new furniture and appliances in Sept. 2004. It is managed by our property manager, Tony Thomas, and his professional and friendly staff at Hawaii Condo Resorts.
The location of the Royal Garden is ideal for vacationers with all types of interests. It is located one block from Kuhio and Kalakaua Ave. -- the excitement of Waikiki is just steps away. The Ala Wai Canal, just a half-block away, is perfect for walking/jogging, and leads to Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beach Park. The convention center is also a short walk from the hotel. The beach is about ten minutes away by foot.
The unit is an excellent value for the price. In fact, the normal rate for the same type of room in the Royal Garden is about $200/nt -- significantly higher than the rates offered for our privately owned unit.

Please note: We have been informed by the hotel management that the main pool and jacuzzi area will be closed for use because of renovations until early summer 2005. There is another, smaller pool on the property that can be used by guests.
