Our villa is located on a newly built gated community.It is on a very large corner garden plot with an extra large covered pool which also has heating if required.The extended deck area has plenty of sun beds to relax on and the pool gets the sun all day long.The villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in the main areas for additional comfort.For those cooler winter evenings their is also heating if needed.There are 4 bedrooms which include two identical twin master bedrooms with walk in wardrobes, the en-suit bathrooms have his and her basins, a full size bath and walk in shower.The two twin rooms have a shared bathroom again with bath and shower. There is plenty of wardrobe hanging space and draws in all the rooms. All the bedrooms have TV/DVD or video players.There is no need to take towels/hair dryers etc.It is all supplied.The lounge area has TV/DVD/video and Sony play station 2.Plus a stereo system.A selection of books to read while taking the sun.There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with all the latest equipment.There is also a dart board/and games area.It is only 10 Min's from Disney Main Gate and one junction down on the interstate 4.For those who want golf it is only 5 Min's from 3 very good 18 hole PGA golf courses.Which are open to non members having fully stocked rental equipment.Due to the proximity to the interstate it makes it very easy to go to the beaches on either coast also to all the other major attractions.Their is a good local shopping area with a large supermarket only 5 Min's away.also take aways video rental store and much more.Our very friendly local management company is only 5 Min's away and is always on had to assist with any problems or local information which may be needed. |
