Located on six beautiful acres of Polynesian gardens, the condo is situated in a quiet area of the complex. Relax on your private lanai and enjoy the song birds, coconut palms, tropical flowers, and plumeria trees. The huge newly refurbished pool is ideal for cooling off, playing with the kids, or just soaking up some rays. Shuffleboard, gas BBQ’s & picnic tables are provided for your enjoyment at no additional charge. This condo has been remodeled and modernized. We replaced the flooring, cabinets, fixtures, paint, lighting, granite counter tops, & furniture. It is absolutely Gorgeous!
Condo Amenities: Air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished 723 sq. Ft. Condo with a private covered lanai. Designer ceiling fans are located in the living room and bedroom for your comfort. The bedroom has a new king bed that is comfortable and firm. There is a queen sleeper sofa & additional children's futon in the living room. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything. 2 cable TVs, DVD, stereo/CD player are located in the living room and bedroom. High speed WiFi internet is provided. All linens and towels are included. Laundry facility is located adjacent to the pool. Beach cooler & towels are provided for your enjoyment. Shuffleboard & gas BBQ's are located just outside the unit. Parking is free.
Activities: Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, sailing, sightseeing, shopping & restaurants. Tennis, hiking, Old Lahaina Luau, Maui Aquarium, museums and multiplex cinema are a short distance away. Shopping and restaurants are a few steps from your condo. |
