Accept our invitation to Cottage Gardens 970. Relax and enjoy yourself. This beautiful, NON-SMOKING, professionally decorated chalet is sure to please. Our chalet is located in Cottage Gardens - a wonderful newer upscale subdivision in Chalet Village high on a mountain ridge with its own neighborhood POOL(only 13 homes to share it with). You will have a spectacular Mt. LeConte view and partial view of the city lights of Gatlinburg.
Our home has two large bedrooms, each with a KING-sized bed, private bath, and French door leading out to private deck. The downstairs bedroom has a sofa sleeper. Master bathroom offers Jacuzzi tub and stand-up shower. The foyer, kitchen, and dining area have hardwood floors. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful cherry cabinets. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the downstairs half bath closet. The covered deck has a four to six person HOT TUB, wrought iron table and chairs, and a charcoal grill. In the great room with high vaulted ceiling you will enjoy leather sofas, expanded digital cable,TV/VCR/DVD and a stone fireplace with gas logs. We also have a new computer with 17 inch monitor set up with CHARTER HIGH-SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS. The home has 3 TV's, 2 VCR's 1 DVD player and 1 VCR/DVD player. We also have a Nintendo 64 to help keep the younger ones occupied! Beautiful prints BY accomplished East Tennessean artist Robert Tino are displayed throughout the house. We have tried to think of everything we enjoy in a vacation home and added it to ours for your enjoyment.
