The "Villa" features 2 bedrooms which comfortably sleep 4 plus a double bed futon in the living room for 2 more. It has a screened porch with a view of the lake from the master bedroom and living room and a view of a pond from the other bedroom and kitchen windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a microwave, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware. Outside there is a picnic table, lawn furniture and a charcoal grill.
The fire-placed living room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has plenty of space to relax. It includes a phone and cable TV with a VCR as well as a washer/dryer. It is available as a weekly rental from June 1 to Sept 12 and long term rental mid Sept-May on a monthly basis. Pet friendly.
The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing, boating or just playing in the sand on our 200 feet of beach front. Included is free firewood, use of a rowboat, canoe, paddle-boat, shuffleboard, 3 piers and a raft.
We are only 10 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee and 30-40 minutes from wonderful restaurants, movie theaters, live theater and outlet shopping. Pet friendly. Linen rental available. |
