This luxury 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa, is situated on a prestigious development, in a small quiet community called Indian Creek, which is located off Highway 192 behind Splendid China.
The villa is approximately 4 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 10 people, and includes crib with all bedding, pushchair (stroller) and highchair for infants, at no EXTRA COST, together with cable TV, DVD players and stereo system. All the bedrooms, Lounge and Game(s) Room have ceiling fans.
Located within walking distance of the villa are facilities such as tennis court, basketball court, putting green and children’s play area.
The villa is only minutes away from restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets and championship golf courses.
Dream Haven is furnished to a very high standard. The spacious accommodation includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). It is fully equipped for your comfort with air conditioning/heating. The spacious family room leads to the dining area for those more formal dining occasions or look through the French Doors to the pool deck. There is a well equipped fitted kitchen and breakfast nook and full laundry facilities are available in a separate utility room. All cutlery, crockery, linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
The villa has a private fully fenced screened pool with large sun deck, and covered lanai, which is ideal for escaping the midday sun or for alfresco dining. The pool can be heated upon request (charges apply). The pool area is furnished with a range of upgraded furniture for your comfort.
The Games Room is well equipped with a pool table, air hockey,foosballl table and darts.
Dream Haven is perfect to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day, and enjoy a relaxing drink as the evening sun sets over the Disney area. |
