Lake Michigan cottage with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sits directly on Lake Michigan. Has fantastic view of Lake Michigan and spectacular sunsets. Our street is quiet with about 10 structures along it. We are at the end of a short residential road that dead-ends next to our property. You will enjoy exclusive, sandy Lake Michigan beach access as there is no public access to Lake Michigan on or near our street.
Cottage comes completely furnished and sleeps six comfortably. Has been nicely renovated and remodeled. Has updated kitchen including all new appliances, and has modern amenities including microwave and dishwasher. Includes cable TV with VCR. Also has a stereo system. Strictly no smoking!
We are located one mile north of Arcadia, near the base of the famous scenic "look-out" atop the bluff along M-22. Lake Michigan and breathtaking sunsets are just outside your window when you stay in our cottage. Walk for miles along serene, natural, uninhabited shoreline. At night build a bonfire and relax while enjoying the sunset.
We are near the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park Lake shore and many wonderful, historic small towns with antique shops and fun restaurants. Our location offers convenient access to canoing, charter fishing, winery tours, concerts at Interlochen, Little River Casino, a great new gambling casino, and more. There is plenty of golf nearby, including the nationally renowned Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course on Lake Michigan -- less than three miles south. For novice or serious golfers, this is the best golfing experience Michigan has to offer. It is a public course and has a fantastic restaurant with a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. You also have a vista view of the lake from restaurant and every hole!
The grand Little River Casino in historic Manistee is only 20 minutes south. Year after year, Crystal Mountain is rated one of America's best family oriented resorts. Crystal Mountain offers 45 runs of downhill skiing, and groomed cross-country trails. Crystal Mountain also has spring, summer, and fall golf. It is less than 15 minutes away. We are within 30 minutes of 10 great golf courses. We provide renters with a complete list of these courses. Interlochen music and concerts are 30 minutes away...
Bring your boat! For sailors and fishermen there are two marinas right in Lake Arcadia - just one mile away, with deep-water access directly into Lake Michigan. Charter fishing is also available (the largest lake trout in the state was caught in Arcadia Bay).
Nearby inland lakes include beautiful Crystal Lake, Portage Lake and Bear Lake. All have ample public access and launches. Canoe trips are conveniently located nearby on the Manistee and Betsie Rivers. |
