Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221 is a Completely Renovated, Corner Unit Condo that has a fantastic view of the ocean, beach and pool. You will get to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. The ocean is right out your door. If you have children and they are old enough they can go to the pool themselves and you can keep an eye on them while relaxing in the villa. You can call them in from the pool from your own private balcony, so convenient. This is an ideal second floor condo, not too far up, yet not too low where shrubs etc. Obstruct your view. Being a Corner Unit, there is a side window in the living room. This is not a unit that has the steps next to the balcony so you have added privacy. We also own Hilton Head Breakers #240, a completely renovated, Direct Oceanfront, End Unit Condo, which has the best view Hilton Head Island has to offer.

If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, Hilton Head vacation rental, look no further. Both our oceanfront condos, Breakers #221 and Breakers #240 were completely renovated and are in great condition. Some of the renovations include: ceramic floors in kitchen, hall and bath, new plush carpeting in the living room and bedroom, new: kitchen cabinets and counter tops, microwave/convection oven, stove top, washer, dryer, refrigerator with ice maker and new bedroom furniture, the bathrooms were also completely renovated.

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers #221 will accommodate up to four guests with a maximum of two adults. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room and (bunks in a hall alcove. ) The bunks are great when you have kids, you do not have to pull out the sofa bed and have it in your way. You can put the kids to bed, shut the door and have the living room to yourself. You can relax, watch TV or sit on the balcony without disturbing them. The bedroom has new furniture and a TV.

Breakers #221 is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including love seat and queen sofa sleeper in living room, (new central air/heat), (new washer and dryer), (new full size refrigerator with ice maker), (new stove top), (new microwave/convection oven), two TVs, VCR, DVD,dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, cooking utensils, iron, ironing board, etc.

Also provided are beach chairs, coffee pot filters, dish washing liquid, dishwasher detergent, liquid soap for kitchen and bath and starter roll of paper towels and toilet tissue. (High chair and stroller will be provided upon request. ) Everything you need is provided, sheets/bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are your bath towels and washcloths. (If you are traveling by plane, bath towels and washcloths can be provided upon request. )

We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our condos are clean and well maintained. We personally inspect both units prior to each arrival, insuring our guest a wonderful, enjoyable stay. Being local owners enables us to update Breakers #221 and Breakers #240 regularly. {The majority of our guest are repeat renters. } If they need to contact us during their stay, we are just a phone call away.

Hilton Head Oceanfront Breakers has a large oceanfront pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. The pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over. A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach. The complex also offers covered parking, a on site manager and seasonal security.
