Apple Haus offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and full bath with tub-shower combination. It is well equipped and ready for you to relax. The cabin has about 900 square feet, a cozy front porch and an expansive back deck. There is a bungalow off the back deck that can be rented as a second bedroom. The front yard also has a large dog yard. Kid friendly, dog friendly and people friendly – we welcome you.

This getaway is located in Big Bend California, close to the Big Bend hot springs and the Pit River. Big Bend is about one hour northeast of Redding in the foothills of Shasta. From the bay area take the I5 through Redding and then head east on 299. Just a little past Montgomery creek, about halfway to Burney, turn left on Big Bend Road. From the bay area the drive is about 5 hours. The entire trip is on paved, well maintained roads.
