Master bedroom with en suite is on the ground floor (handicap accessible), 2nd master and bathroom and two twin rooms on 1st floor, along with enormous loft lounge. Loft lounge and ALL bedrooms have cable TV, DVD and VCR.House has lake access (fishing, boat ramp) communal tennis, playground and pool adjacent with golf close-by. FREE EXTRAS include, bicycles, golf clubs, fishing rods and sports equipment, children's toys and costumes, books, videos and DVDs. Children and adults alike will love this house and being at the end of a cul de sac it is extremely safe.
Just off the us 192 everything you need is within the area. The house is situated in the quiet residential area of Davenport Lakes. |
