Located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc, Disney Dreamin is an executive 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property, offering luxurious spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your Orlando vacation complete. It is the ideal place to return to at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.
Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away. Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget.
The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views in the evenings as the sun sets. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a large area of shade. The pool has been fitted with coloured lighting which changes colour regualarly and provides a very tranquil setting in the evenings. A selection of pool toys are available and pool heating can be arranged at an additional cost (recommended mid Oct - mid April). The whole pool area is screened and all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms.
The living room has luxurious furniture, seating for 8 people, a 32” TV and home entertainment centre with surround sound and enjoys lovely views over conservation land. A selection of DVDs and CDs are provided for our guests entertainment. There is a separate den with 27” TV, DVD and video and seating for 6. Upstairs there is a games area with traditional family games, a Playstation 2 and selection of games.
There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms; one ensuite and one with Disney theme. The den has a sofa bed which allows this room to be used as an additional guest room. The master bathroom offers his and hers basins, large corner tub and separate double shower. Each bathroom has a full supply of towels and a hairdryer - there is also a set of straightners.
There are three dining areas; a formal dining room, a breakfast nook and an outdoor covered dining area with ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you will need and there is a separate utility area with laundry facilities.
The house is equipped with cot, highchair, pushchair and stairgate for those with small children.
You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them. |
