There is so much to enjoy right here - 2 of the 6 free, championship tennis courts are just outside our front door and 1 of the 3 freshwater swimming pools (pictured) is just steps from our lanai. The Maui Vista is one short block from magnificent Kamaole Beach I (pictured above), one of Maui's best, sunniest, safest, swimmable beaches.
It's an easy walk to local restaurants, a super market, a movie, and many local shops. There are 5 championship golf courses within a 4 mile radius, and we are just 2 miles from the upscale Wailea tourist area.
Take advantage of our recently completely renovated condo with new air-conditioner and two new quiet, efficient ceiling fans; all new kitchen appliances; new kitchen counter with tile back-splash; new carpeting,and drapes; new ceramic tile in kitchen, hall, and bath; new 25" TV and VCR; and new 5CD, AM-FM, tape stereo player.
We live in Maui, at our condo, four months a year; we love it! For our use we expect and want the condo clean, functional, and well equipped (including beach chairs and beach umbrella). Because of our occupancy, you should and can expect the same.
We offer a 10% rental concession for a 3 week stay. In the low season (April 15th to December 15th) the rent for 4 week stay is $1,560 plus 11.42% tax. In the high season (December 16th - April 14th) the rent for a 4 week stay is $2,380 plus 11.42% tax. The normal minimum stay is one week.
