How can I make sure I will receive your emails?

Don't miss out!  Ensure that you receive our messages.

Increasingly, Internet Service Providers are using filtering systems to try and keep spam out of customers' inboxes.  Sometimes, they accidentally filter the email that you want to receive.

Naturally, you want to keep spam out.  And you want to receive GreatFamilyRentals.com communications (inquiries from renters, notices from us, etc.).

Updating your address book can make certain you receive our messages.  To help ensure delivery of email, please add memberserv(at)greatfamilyrentals.com to your Address Book (replace (at) with a @).

Need help?  Use these step-by-step instructions to quickly and easily update your Address Book.

Other ISPs/mail services: Each mail service is a little different, but the idea is the same. And if you are using the mail service provided by your own local ISP, they will have their own whitelisting procedures. If you can't find how to add the GreatFamilyRentals.com domain to a white list, try moving the message from the Junk folder to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself (if you're getting it at all, that is).

If email continues to be filtered, call or email your ISP's tech support or postmaster@your-isp.com and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all email from GreatFamilyRentals.com. Follow their instructions for whitelisting our domain.

Spam filters: If your email software has its own built-in spam filter or if you are using a third-party spam filter (Norton AntiSpam, McAfee SpamKiller, etc.), you will have to indicate to the filtering software to accept GreatFamilyRentals.com mail. You may need to search a filter's help for how to do this -- but the basic concept is the same. You will either add the GreatFamilyRentals.com domain to some kind of a white list (or a "good list" or similar name) or click to indicate that mail filtered into a "Junk" folder is not junk, etc.

If you have difficulty, please contact your ISP or email software provider.  You have a right to receive email from whomever you wish.  If you still need assistance, please Contact Us.
