Welcome to Oyster Beach House

Your proprietors, Brian Judd and Laurie Nguyen, are pleased to announce the opening of Oyster Beach House. We offer a beautiful 3 level, 4 bedroom, 2. 5 bath home with 110 feet of low bank saltwater front on Totten Inlet. Day trips to major metropolitan areas including Tacoma, Seattle and Portland are easily accomplished, as are trips to the Washington coast, Mt. Rainier or Mt. St. Helens.

Our home is over 3000 square feet, fully furnished, with hardwood floor and tile baths throughout. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people with two bedrooms on the lower level with king size beds, one bedroom on the upper floor with a queen size bed and one bedroom for the children with two twin beds. Additional amenities include a big screen TV, a home theater system, a gourmet kitchen, satellite television, and a full sized washer and dryer.

You’ll be welcomed to our home with a wine and cheese reception which will provide us with an opportunity to customize your stay to make this an exceptional vacation experience.

• Cleaning fee: 10% of the daily rate.
• Service or gratuity: No
• Local taxes: 7.8%

Listed rates do not include a 7. 8% state sales tax. Additionally, there is a 10% cleaning fee for daily rental (minimum $50. 00)or $100. 00 cleaning fee for weekly rental. A $200. 00 dollar fully refundable damage deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the residence. Payment of 50% of the rental amount is required 30 days prior to occupancy with the remaining balance paid at the time of occupancy. Cancellation in excess of 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy will result in a full refund. Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation under 15 days prior to occupancy is non-refundable. Small pets are welcome with the owner's permission subject to a 150. 00 pet deposit paid prior to occupancy and refundable at the conclusion of the rental.
