Beautiful Golf Villa located at Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. Sunset Beach was named the "Best Beach on the East Coast" BY Duke University. Air Conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and ceramic tile floors.
There is a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom #Two, and two twin beds in bedroom #Three. The villa is fully furnished and equipped with washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, self-cleaning range, dishwasher and utensils.
Large sectional sofa in the living room with flat screen cable TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a TV in each bedroom with cable. Nice pond and golf course view from the living room and the back deck. Linens, towels and toiletries are provided.
The beach at Sunset Beach is a five minute drive. North Myrtle Beach is a short fifteen minute drive from the villa. Calabash, renowned for its seafood, is five minutes away.
For you golfers, there are numerous golf courses within ten minutes of the villa. These courses include; Angels Trace (two courses), Sea Trail (three), The Pearl (two), Thistle, Ocean Ridge (three), Oyster Bay, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation, Calabash, Farmstead, and Meadowlands.
The non-smoking villa is maintained and rented BY the owner. We take pride in offering you a nice and clean property to rent. Sunset Beach is nice, quiet, and clean, yet the excitement of the Grand Strand is only minutes away. |
