Security Deposit Reservation / security deposit of $200 is required when booking. This deposit is not applied to the rent, but it is returned to you within 15 days of departure providing there is no damage to the unit and the keys and security tags are returned to the office. Cancellation Policy ANY cancellation MUST be in writing and received 30 days prior to arrival on stays of less than a month, 90 days prior to arrival on stays of more than one month. Full refund is made. Cancellation of any reservation made less than 30 days before arrival will result in no refund unless the unit is re-rented for that same time period.
